How long does shipping take?

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 1–2 business days.

Europe: 3–7 business days.

Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

Every order is carefully packed by hand before shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: CHF 3.90, free on orders over CHF 30.

International: CHF 5.90, free on orders over CHF 45.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worlwide.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For orders outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, local import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These are collected by the carrier and are beyond our control.

Can I return my fan?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us at info@quivrin.com with your order number and we will take care of the rest. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

How do I care for my fan?

Open and close gently. Avoid bending or forcing the ribs. Store flat and in a dry place. If needed, wipe with a slightly damp cloth.

Absolutely. Every fan comes beautifully packaged with tissue paper and a thank you card, ready to gift.
